Finance Master Data Expert (all genders)

Als Finance Master Data Expert:in werden Sie Teil der digitalen Transformation des Finanzbereiches der MTU und gestalten die nächste Generation der weltweiten Finanzprozesse und -systeme.

STARKE AUFGABEN
- Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung und Etablierung einer gruppenweiten Governance für Stammdaten und Methoden aller relevanter Legal-Reporting-Kernprozesse
- Identifizieren, analysieren und definieren verbindlicher, einheitlicher Stammdaten und Methoden
- Aufzeigen von Harmonisierungs
- und Automatisierungspotenzialen mit Hilfe von Best-Practice-Ansätzen
- Leiten von Projekte in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachexpert:innen der weltweiten MTU-Finanzorganisation (z.B. Harmonisierung operativer Kontenpläne)
- Verantwortung bei der Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Governance für Stammdaten und Methoden
- Entwickeln und Präsentieren von Ideen und Vorschlägen zur Optimierung des Stammdatenmanagements
- Abstimmung mit der IT zur Validierung fachlicher Spezifikationen und ihrer technischen Umsetzung in SAP
- Mitwirken bei der MTU SAP S/4 HANA Finance Transformation sowie Vorbereitung von Schulungskonzepten und Training von Mitarbeiter:innen im Zuge des Governance-Aufbaus

BESTE VORAUSSETZUNGEN
- Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im Master Data Management, im Aufbau von Governance-Strukturen oder in der Prozess
- und Datenanalyse wünschenswert
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, z.B. als SAP-Key-User:in in einem Industrieunternehmen oder der (IT-)Beratung
- Erfahrungen in SAP-Implementierungs
- oder Transformationsprojekten, z.B. im S/4HANA-Finance-Umfeld
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Datenflüsse und Prozesse innerhalb des Finanzbereichs sowie Kenntnisse über die Rechnungslegung nach IFRS und HGB
- Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Spaß an der Teamarbeit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
