**Stellenbeschreibung**

Wir suchen einen sehr erfahrenen Beschaffungsexperten, der unser wachsendes Team als Partner in Procurement Operations verstärkt. In dieser Rolle wirst du das Wachstum und die Entwicklung unserer Beschaffungspraxis leiten und eng mit unseren Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um sie bei der Umgestaltung ihrer Beschaffungsprozesse zu unterstützen und ihre strategischen Ziele zu erreichen.

**Aufgaben**:

- Sie leiten Teams von Managern und Beratern bei Projekten im Bereich Procurement Operations und sorgen für hohe Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu wichtigen Kunden und Stakeholdern, wobei Sie als vertrauenswürdiger Berater bei der Bewältigung komplexer Herausforderungen im Beschaffungswesen fungieren.
- Sie entwickeln und implementieren Strategien zur Verbesserung des Beschaffungswesens, indem Sie Ihr fundiertes Fachwissen in diesem Bereich einsetzen und sich über die neuesten Trends und Best Practices auf dem Laufenden halten.
- Sie übernehmen eine Vordenkerrolle im Bereich Beschaffungsvorgänge, indem Sie Vorträge halten, Artikel veröffentlichen und andere Maßnahmen ergreifen.
- Sie tragen zum allgemeinen Wachstum und Erfolg von Dümpelfeld & Partners bei, indem Sie eng mit anderen Partnern und dem gesamten Team zusammenarbeiten, um hochwertige Ergebnisse für unsere Kunden zu erzielen.

**Allgemeine Anforderungen**:

- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Beschaffungswesen mit fundierten Kenntnissen der Beschaffungsprozesse und Best Practices.
- Starke Führungsqualitäten mit der Fähigkeit, Teams von Managern und Beratern zu leiten und enge Beziehungen zu Kunden aufzubauen.
- Ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Herausforderungen im Beschaffungswesen zu analysieren und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Konzepte klar und effektiv zu formulieren.
- Ausgeprägter Geschäftssinn, mit der Fähigkeit, die strategischen Ziele der Kunden zu verstehen und Beschaffungsstrategien zu entwickeln, die mit diesen Zielen übereinstimmen.
