Marketing Coordinator EMEA (M/F/d)

THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AWAITING YOU:

- Set up and track purchase orders and manage budget tracking for marketing projects.
- Provide assistance in the contracting process for marketing projects.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support the marketing team including ordering of marketing materials, coordination of programs and platforms.
- Organize project and team meetings, as well as country marketing calls including preparation and follow up.
- Manage and maintain the online asset management datababse for marketing materials.
- Support regional congresses and events, including collaboration on regional customer congress organization and internal events.
- Assist with brand marketing projects on one or more brands within the portfolio, depending on strategic priorities, which may include campaign and material development, positioning, strategy and tactics development.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

- A commercial apprenticeship or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum of 1-3 years in a coordination function within marketing (pharmaceutical, agency, PR, media) or other related experience.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals, digital marketing, and industry trends.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Proficiency in common IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), familiar on working with digital platforms and preferably also have SAP knowledge.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written as well as ability to work independently and take initiative.
