As the Head of Sales at Tumodo, you will be the driving force behind our business growth and client success. Your strategic prowess and leadership will shape our sales strategy, forging strong client relationships and expanding our market presence. Your pivotal role in revenue acceleration and team inspiration will make you an invaluable member of the Tumodo family, propelling us to new heights in the business travel industry.

**Critical Tasks**:

- Build and lead a top-tier sales team in Germany
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to maximize revenue and market share in the travel Industry.
- Identity and engage in potential B2B Partners and maintain strong relationship to ensure continued collaboration and growth.
- Lead a high performing sales team, sets target and track performance to drive achievement of sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, conduct regular sales forecasting and report on sales activities and results to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, travel trends, and emerging technologies to enhance company’s offerings.

**Requirements for Success**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience (7 to 10 years) in B2B sales (Corporate Travel / Online Travel) within Travel Industry
- Experience in the German market and B2B sales
- Strong leadership skill with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate the sales team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English (verbal and written)
- Located in Berlin or open to relocating within Germany to seize this opportunity.
