**About Your Future Team**:
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Head of AFC Investigations with a focus on money laundering and fraud prevention run the AFC Investigations team. Your area of responsibility includes overseeing alert handling, investigation of suspicious activities/ transactions, SAR filing process and ensuring efficient and effective operation of the real-time monitoring system.

**Your Role**:

- Leading and manage the AFC Investigations Teams
- Further develop team structure and individual performance of the team
- Ensuring execution of alert handling, investigations and SAR filing in given timeline
- Support the AFC Head and MLRO to further develop and improve overall control framework and
safeguards
- Support execution of annual Risk Analysis
- Support execution of annual AML Report
- Ensure operational effectiveness of real-time monitoring systems
- Ensure execution of regular data analysis to identify new patterns
- Ensure close engagement with AFC Analytics to identify new fraud pattern and develop sufficient
mitigation measures
- Close engagement with the local AFC teams of the branches and legal entities for outsources
activities
- Ensure adherence to group minimum standards
- Extension of the documentation of processes
- Ensure execution of authority inquiries in a timely manner

- 8 - 10 years of experience in the field of money laundering with reference to alert handling,
investigations and SAR filing
- Ideally experience in managing a team +20
- Education as a bank clerk or a job-specific further education or comparable qualification with
professional experience in the money laundering function,
- Experience in the consulting area with reference to AFC issues related to the performance of AFC
investigations
- Good knowledge of fundamental banking processes, especially for alert handling, investigations and
SAR filing
- Good understanding of the IT landscape
- Resilience and quick comprehension
- Assertiveness and high motivation
- Ability to work in a team and a high degree of decision-making ability
- Ability to present complex issues in an understandable way, both spoken and written
- Careful, independent and pragmatic way of working
- Confident appearance, excellent social skills, hands-on mentality, high level of self-motivation
- Very good written and spoken English skills, knowledge of spoken and written German is an advantage
