Klassische Industrieunternehmen befassen sich immer stärker mit Themen wie Industrie 4.0, Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), digitale Zwillinge, Virtual Reality (VR), Datenanalytik und Cyber-Security. Die digitale Transformation führt zu einem tiefgründigen Wandel bei Industrie
- Unternehmen, beeinflusst die Arbeitswelt und die damit notwendige Weiterbildung.

Bis 2030 werden in Deutschland über 1 Mio IT-Fachkräfte fehlen
- viele davon in der Industrie.

Wir wollen die Weiterbildung in der Industrie 4.0 in Europa verändern, den Weg zur Industrie 5.0 bereiten, Quereinsteigern und Fachkräften aus anderen Bereichen ermöglichen, von den attraktiven Möglichkeiten der Digitalisierung zu profitieren und einen erfüllenden Job mit Zukunftsperspektive zu finden.

Aufgaben

Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich ab sofort primär am Standort München für die Tätigkeit als Founders Associate (m/w/d).

Du wirst direkt mit dem Gründer und dem Management zusammenarbeiten, was dir die einzigartige Möglichkeit bietet, tiefe Einblicke in alle Aspekte unseres schnell wachsenden EdTech Start-Ups zu erhalten.
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen und übernimmst eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben in verschiedenen Bereichen - von strategischen bis hin zu Daily Tasks
- Du siehst Problemfelder und Herausforderungen, die bei der Entstehung von Prozessen entstehen, als Chancen und verwandelst sie in skalierbare Lösungen
- Du verbindest Abteilungen cross-funktional und optimierst Prozesse und Strukturen über alle Unternehmensbereiche hinweg
- Du unterstützt bei der Expansion und der Etablierung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens durch die Planung & Umsetzung von Messen und externen & internen Events
- Du erstellst großartige Präsentationen, Analysen und Unterlagen und leitest daraus eigenständig Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du bereitest Meetings erfolgreich vor und nach und stellst sicher, dass beschlossene Maßnahmen umgesetzt werden

Qualifikation
- Du hast dein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs mit überdurchschnittlichen akademischen Leistungen abgeschlossen und hast idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung gesammelt
- Reisebereitschaft für Messen & Events in Berlin & ganz Deutschland
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe und einer hohen Teamfähigkeit
- Dich zeichnen starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Kreativität und eine hohe Lern
- und Leistungsbereitschaft aus
- Du hast große Neugier und Interesse am Unternehmertum und Management und begeisterst dich für B2C-Themen
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und sprichst ausgezeichnetes Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch
- Du findest die richtige Balance zwischen der Aufrechterhaltung strukturierter Prozesse und der zügigen Durchführung von Projekten
