PMO Coordinator

The unit bundles marine operation competencies and best practices providing the highest safety, health, environmental and compliance standards for cruising. **PMO Coordinator (f/m/d) On limited terms for duration of project ca. 1,5 years**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Support organising Projects with the goal to complete them on time, within budget in excellent quality
- Create Project Plan / calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective and responsible for working within all stages and stakeholders in the Project
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans and schedules, budgets and expenditures
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings and Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
- Assess Project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable

**Your Profile**:

- Vocational training with focus on administration and desirable project management or related fields
- More than 3 years of professional experience in large scale projects
- PMP certification, IPMA or PMI or equivalent
- Very good English language skills (English is our company language.)
- Deep knowledge of Office 365 system (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Structured and organized way of working as well as good time management in a project driven business world with focussing on planning and budget management
- Service oriented with good communication skills and a high level of tolerance of ambiguity
