**Ihr Profil**:

- (Fach-)Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine ähnliche Ausbildung mit nachweislicher Berufserfahrung.
- **Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung** als Administrator für **Sharepoint und/oder Exchange Online**.
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von **PowerShell** und sichere Anwendung administrativer Befehle.
- Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen sind von Vorteil.
- **Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse** in Wort und Schrift, um effektiv mit Kunden, Kollegen und Partnern kommunizieren zu können.
- **Gute Englischkenntnisse** sind erforderlich, um technische Dokumentationen zu verstehen und bei Bedarf mit externen Dienstleistern zu kommunizieren.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Unterstützung bei der Planung, Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von **Microsoft Office 365 Umgebungen**.
- Verantwortliche Betreuung und Administration von Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams und anderen relevanten fachspezifischen Anwendungen.
- Konfiguration von Microsoft Exchange Installationen und Begleitung von Migrationen zu Microsoft Exchange Online.
- Enge** Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Kollegen und Partnern** zur Entwicklung individueller Lösungen im Microsoft Office 365 Umfeld.
- **Sicherstellung der Service-Level** gemäß den geltenden SLAs unter Verwendung moderner Technologien wie Microsoft Office 365, PowerShell und Ticketsysteme.
