Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Windows Client Infrastrukturen.
  • Du verantwortest das Clientmanagement mittels Softwarepaketierung, Softwareverteilung und Device Management.
  • Du unterstützt den Betrieb von virtuellen Desktop-Lösungen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Kunden, Kolleg*innen, Herstellern und IT-Providern zusammen.
  • Du stellst die Service-Levels gemäß der geltenden SLAs sicher.

  • Hochschulstudium – abgeschlossen oder kurz vor Abschluss (idealerweise Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Microsoft Windows Client Infrastrukturen und Microsoft Intune
  • Erfahrung in Softwarepaketierung und Softwareverteilung
  • Erfahrung in Microsoft PowerShell ist von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Desktop-Virtualisierung
