The role of a Media Project Coordinator (M/F/d) at Reckitt is responsible for the full administration and coordination of assigned media management projects across Personal and Healthcare brands in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway. Moreover you have the following responsibilitites:

- Key contact person of assigned projects
- Project support: Supporting the media team independently when it comes to operative processes and tasks within projects (e.g.digital campaign briefing & implementation, mediaschedule updates, competitor analysis, media trainings)
- Project coordination: Coordinating the communication between media agency, digital agency, brand team, global team, sales & trade teams and external stakeholders within the operative processes to ensure a smooth project execution
- Project tracking: seting clear deadlines and ensuring all operative tasks related to the project are delivered in time
- Project measurement: Evaluating post campaign reportings and helping brand teams to continuously improve comms strategy based on KPIs results
- Budget responsibility: Creating PO’s, independent tracking ofmediabudget & invoicing
- Ensuring smooth running of daily business aspects

**You’ll succeed because**
- You have min. Bachelor degree in Marketing, Media Management and/or Digital Communication (Berufsakademie) and min one year working experience in a media agency and/or company in the digital economy or FMCG company in a similar function.
- You have outstanding Project Management as well as Excel and data interpretation skills.
- Ideally you have the knowledge of the media market, budget and media planning, media buying and research, knowledge of the medium TV and are aware of the KPI’s needed to measure media effectiveness.
- Last but not least - You’ are a highly organized self-starter and a problem solver with strong communication skills - in English and Germann - in order to build strong working relationships.
