**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Förderung operativer Exzellenz bei der Erbringung von Dienstleistungen in „Surface und Passive Fire Protection Services“ unter Verwendung von „Best Practices“ und gezielten Innovationsprojekten
- Entwicklung und Pflege von auf „Best Practice“ basierenden operativen Prozessstandards inklusive Work Method Statements, Prozessbeschreibung, Materiallogistik, Bereitstellung von Werkzeug, Teamorganisation und Produktivitätszielen
- Entwicklung und Pflege einer Fähigkeitsmatrix und Trainingsunterlagen
- Zusammenarbeit mit regionalen und lokalen Experten bei der Entwicklung, dem Management und der Einführung von „Best Practices“ / Prozessstandards
- Organisation von Expertenkonferenzen als Teil der Entwicklung und Einführung von „Best Practices“ / Prozessstandards
- Voranbringen der globalen Einführung von „Best Practices“ / Prozessstandards sowie Kontrolle des Implementierungsstatus
- Sichern der Unterstützung für den weltweiten Rollout von „Best Practices“ und von Produktinnovationen
- Begleitung der Einführung von „Best Practices“ auf Baustellen als weltweiter Trainer, z. B. während Pilotprojekten auf Baustellen
- Durchführung von Produktinnovationsprojekten zur Kundenwertsteigerung
- Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Geschäftsbereiches COE
- Technischer Support für interne und externe Kunden

**Deine Voraussetzungen**:

- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, z.B. als Techniker Industrielle Beschichtung, Verfahrensmechaniker für Beschichtungstechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Branchenerfahrung und/oder Baustellenerfahrung z.B. als Anwendungstechniker für Beschichtungen oder als Vorarbeiter
- Erfolgreiche Entwicklung von „Best Practices“ und Überführung in Prozessstandards
- Erfolgreiche Einführung von Prozessstandards
- Erfolgreich umgesetzte Produktinnovationen, die zu einem neuen Geschäftsfeld führten
- Erfahrung im Bereich Projekt
- und Changemanagement
- Fähigkeit, Wissen durch Training und Coaching zu vermitteln und Personen weiterzuentwickeln
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprache wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit in Kombination mit diplomatischem Gespür
- Ausgeprägte Moderationsfähigkeit für Gruppendiskussionen und Gruppenarbeiten
- Starke soziale Fähigkeiten und Empathie
- Kreativität bei der Entwicklung neuer Lösungen
