Der Bereich Innovation & Technology ist verantwortlich für die systematische Planung, Kontrolle und Durchführung des Innovations
- und Technologie Managements der BWI und deren Leistungsportfolio.

Die Abteilung CEO I&T Service Operation bündelt in diesem Zusammenhang grundlegende koordinierende und befähigende Funktionen des Innovationsmanagements und unterstützt dadurch die Innovationseinheiten der BWI in der Umsetzung ihrer Maßnahmen.

Das Team Show&Tell verantwortet die bereichseigenen Events und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen der Innovationseinheiten der BWI. Dies beinhaltet die Konzeptionierung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen, sowie die mediale Begleitung für interne und externe Berichterstattung.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

- Tägliches zur Verfügungstellen der eigenen Veranstaltungsfläche
- Koordination von Ausstellern, Teilnehmern, Gewerken und Dienstleistern
- Vorbereitung und Nachbereitungen von Veranstaltungen auf der Fläche
- Unterstützung bei der Lagerverwaltung (Schwerpunkt Bonn)
- Operative Unterstützung bei der Planung von Auf-/Abbau auch externer fachbezogener Events

IHR PROFIL:

- Abgeschlossene mind. 3-jährige Berufsausbildung beispielsweise im Bereich Veranstaltungstechnik
- Mindestens 3-jährige fachbezogene Berufserfahrung nach der Ausbildung speziell im Messebau
- Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative, Zielorientierung und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Freude an der Arbeit im Team, eine ausgeprägte Selbständigkeit und Qualitätsorientierung
- Routinierter Umgang in der Steuerung und Koordination von Dienstleistern
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
