Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören u. a.:

- **Koordination, Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung **der Infineon-Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie
- Erstellung von **Benchmarking-Bewertungen und Analysen **zur Identifizierung von ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance)-Chancen und -Risiken
- **Interaktion mit Beratungs-, Prüfungs
- und Forschungsinstituten sowie mit anderen Unternehmen **, um den Nachhaltigkeitsansatz und die Leistung von Infineon weiterzuentwickeln
- **Erstellung von Kommunikationsunterlagen **für den **internen und externen Dialog**:

- Navigation im komplexen **Regulatorik **-Umfeld (z.B. CSRD oder ESRS)
- **Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Steuerungs
- und Zielsystemen **zur ganzheitlichen Integration von Nachhaltigkeit
- **Konzeption und stetige Weiterentwicklung von kurz
- und langfristigen ESG-Zielen**:

- Planung und Steuerung von **abteilungsübergreifenden Nachhaltigkeitsansätzen und -projekten**

Ihre offene und kommunikative Art hilft Ihnen dabei, eine schnelle und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit, auch über Abteilungs
- und Ländergrenzen hinweg zu etablieren. Hohe Qualität, Glaubwürdigkeit und Transparenz sind für Sie der Schlüssel, um gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen. Dabei gehen Sie in den inhaltlichen Diskurs mit den Beteiligten, statt vorschnell Kompromisse einzugehen.

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie:

- Ein **abgeschlossenes Studium **im Bereich **Nachhaltigkeit, Natur-, Wirtschafts
- bzw. Ingenieurswissenschaften **oder vergleichbar mitbringen
- **3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sustainability **bzw. **CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) besitzen, idealerweise in der produzierenden Industrie oder der strategischen (Nachhaltigkeits-)Beratung**:

- Über **ausgezeichnete analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten **verfügen
- Umfassende **Kenntnisse im Stakeholdermanagement **(Investoren, Kunden, Mitarbeiter, etc.), **Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung **sammeln konnten
- **Gerne netzwerken **, empathisch **als Vermittler agieren **und Freude an der **Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen **und **Kulturen **haben
- **Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse**
