In your new role you will:

- **Be responsible for the conceptualization, deployment and maintenance **of digital workflows, toolings and solutions - initially drive and own an operational **holistic competitor management suite**:

- **Support and steer strategic optimization and future-proofing **of our customer suits connecting processes and deliverables
- **Lead work packages of projects **in cross-functional coordination with IT and business counterparts (e.g. business process owners, product owners, IT specialists, external vendors) **to harmonize and integrate processes, deliverables and architectures into a one-stop-solution**:

- **Act as first point of contact for internal customers of the one-stop-solution **in the PSS division to consult and guide stakeholders to leverage the full value from our processes & solutions**:

- **Foster lasting networks **and **work relationships **across the organization**:

- **Constantly **look for ways to support business growth**

You have the ability to process complex information including numerical intuition, analyze and recognize patterns. At the same time, you can communicate this information to all stakeholders in a comprehensible and transparent way. You appreciate the input from other team members and

promote dependencies and exchange within the team. Furthermore, you demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and take over tasks independently and reliably.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Computer Engineering or similar**:

- **3-5 years of practical experience **in an **analytical environment and strong business acumen**:

- **The ability to **think strategically while also paying attention to details**:

- **Passionate for new technologies **and entrepreneurial spirit in running digitalization pilots to shape future solutions**:

- **Fluent English skills **, German is a plus**:

- **Ability to work both **independently and within a team **with proven **interpersonal, communication, moderation, **project management **& **digitalization **skills**:

- **Are **enthusiastic **, **self-driven **and **comfortable **with a **high degree of freedom **while showing a **creative **and **solution-oriented mindset **paired with **diligent and reliable execution**
