Your responsibilities
- You are a database expert who can analyze database setups in detail and make a professional statement about them
- With your knowledge, you help us decide what database is the best for our company
- You are creating a detailed migration plan for our new database setup
- With your deep knowledge, you are able to actively play a big part in the implementation of this migration plan
- You install, update, and maintain computer databases
- You collaborate with developers to ensure database quality
- You monitor database performance and optimize as needed

Your qualifications
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Database Developer or similar
- You have very deep knowledge of classic databases like PostSQL
- You also have deep knowledge with databases like OLAP, ClickHouse, Apache Druid, Apache Pinot, Apache Doris, Apache Kylin, IBM Cognos, Essbase, AWS Redshift, etc.
- You know how database setups can be improved and you have already set up a migration plan for a new database structure
- You like to be hands-on - you have a lot of experience in implementing migration plans
- Your English level is excellent
- You have excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team

About us

**OUR PRODUCT**

We have developed an innovative AI software solution that can track the user behavior of your advertisements. We do not only help marketing departments to use KPIs that they can check with our data. Retailers also use our software to generate more revenue with data-driven decisions. E-commerce companies can fully understand the customer journey of their customers and the source of their online sales through us. Our tracking solution works across devices and platforms, and it's 100% GDPR compliant. How we manage to do that? Through our AI tracking algorithm, real-time reporting, and data-driven attribution.

**WHO WE ARE**

We are a team consisting of about 30 people at the moment. Our engineering teams (Tracking & User Experience and AI & Analytics) consist of about four people each. Currently, we are looking for both teams - Frontend for our Tracking & User Experience team and a Database Expert for our AI & Analytics team.

Also, we are remote first - which means that your location doesn't matter to us at all - we believe that you can work from anywhere Therefore, our employees are located in Germany, Austria, and also in the Netherlands right now. To maintain our great team cohesion, we regularly plan a lot of cool team events to which everyone is invited.
