Freelance Servicenow Expert

For one of our client we are looking for a ServiceNow Expert (M/F/d).
Project conditions:

Location: Munich
**Your responsibilities**:
- Monitoring, administration and troubleshooting of integrations of ServiceNow with other corporate systems
- Managing ServiceNow releases from sub-production to production environments and version upgrades
- Testing of new features, functionalities, and releases
- Liaising with users and customers for incidents and requests
- Liaising with ServiceNow for monitoring the ServiceNow platform and raising incidents to ServiceNow
- Establishing and maintaining Configuration Management Database (CMDB) architectural standards in alignment with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Providing prescriptive guidance across Compeer on service modeling within the CMDB in support of scalability, automation, and time to value of the Now Platform
We are looking for:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in IT related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ServiceNow
- Proven experience with CSDM & CMDB implementation
- Working knowledge of the interrelationships between ITIL processes, including Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management
- Strong commitment to data quality
- Strong interpersonal and team orientation skills in working with various levels of technical and business-oriented individuals
