Als **Groups and Event Coordinator (w/m/d) **bist Du zuständig für die Bearbeitung und Organisation aller Veranstaltungen für Meetings, Incentives, Conferencees, Events und Gruppen, als auch deren detaillierten Planung in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit den VIP-Kunden, für die beiden Hotels NH Düsseldorf City & NH Düsseldorf City Nord. So wie Du dich mit Engagement und Herzblut um unsere Gäste kümmerst, kümmern wir uns um dich.

- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Hotellerie sammeln können und liebst den Kundenkontakt
- Du hast Spaß an der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung und bist dabei freundlich und verbindlich
- Du magst administrative Aufgaben und das Arbeiten mit Computersystemen
- Der Umgang mit internationalen Kunden liegt Dir und Du bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit

- Du bearbeitest bei uns eingehende Reservierungsanfragen im Gruppen
- und Veranstaltungsbereich
- Organisation und Plannung der Veranstaltungen unserer VIP Kunden deutschlandweit
- Organisationen von Roadshows
- Betreuung, Plannung und Organisation, zukünftiger Veranstaltungen, bei Neueröffnungen unserer Hotels
- Du kennst Dich in der Hotellerie aus, kannst Dich mit der NH Hotel Group identifizieren und liebst es, ein Gastgeber zu sein
