**How You Will Make an Impact?**
As a trainee, you will assist in shaping our brand identity, ensuring the success of our events in Düsseldorf and providing support for onboarding and new joiners activities. Your fresh perspective and enthusiasm will contribute to our overall success. You will be the single point of contact and reference for branding and events in Düsseldorf.
We are seeking support for our team starting from the beginning of April 2024, for 37,5 hours a week.
**Your Responsibilities**
During your one-year contract, you will take on the following responsibilities:
- ** Event Logistics**: Assist in logistics planning for events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee management. Ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with our content team to develop compelling brand narratives, event materials, and promotional content. Your creativity will bring dynamism into our messaging.
- **Employee Engagement**: Foster a positive work environment in our Düsseldorf office by actively engaging with our team members (e.g. via our internal brand ambassador program, new joiners). Your efforts will contribute to employee satisfaction, motivation, and productivity.
- **Brand Building**: Collaborate with our branding team (we call it “Welcome team”) to develop and execute branding strategies. You will help create a consistent brand image across various channels, reinforcing our values and mission.
**Required Key Competencies and Qualifications**
We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic individual with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in brand development, storytelling, and creative expression.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
