**Director EHS EMEA (m/w/d)**
- in Festanstellung

Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für alle EHS-Aktivitäten für die EMEA-Region
- Umsetzung der EHS-Vision und Strategie, Entwicklung von Fahrplänen zur Lückenschließung
- Beratung des Top-Managements zu Umwelt
- und Energieaspekten hinsichtlich neuer Produktentwicklungen, Handhabung von Umweltuntersuchungen und -verfahren
- Schulung des Top-Managements, der lokalen Managementteams und weiterer erforderlicher Stakeholder
- Sicherstellen, dass Verfahren, Arbeitsanweisungen und andere notwendige Hilfsmittel rechtlichen Global-Standards auf EMEA-Ebene entsprechen
- Beratung bei Corporate Risk Management Gipfeltreffen und globalen Umweltmeetings
- Durchführung von Umwelt
- und EHS-Standortbewertungen, Basisstudien und Sanierungsprogrammen in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Beratern
- Identifizierung von Projekten, Entwicklung und Einführung neuer Konzepte zur Verbesserung von EHS sowie Brandschutz. Leitung von wichtigen EHS-Projekten in mehreren Werken
- Beratung der Betriebsleiter bei Anträgen und Genehmigungen für Betriebe und Gebäude
- Sicherstellung von Umwelt
- und Energiemanagementsystem sowie das Gesundheits
- und Sicherheitsmanagementsysteme in allen Werken in der gesamten EMEA-Region
- Koordinierung verschiedenster HS-Themen
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Standardberichtsverfahren und -berichten
- Koordinierung von Instandhaltungs
- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen für das HQ
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Rechtsabteilung in allen EHS-Themen
- Koordinierung von EHS-Lobbying-Aktivitäten in der EMEA sowie Koordinierung aller Aktivitäten zur Einhaltung der europäischen Vorschriften
- Planung von Sachversicherungen und Fragen der Unternehmenshaftung mit dem Risikomanagement des Unternehmens

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Chemie oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang, vorzugsweise mit einem EHS-Hintergrund
- Fortgeschrittene Berufserfahrung in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation, einschließlich funktionalem Fachwissen in EHS
- Beherrschung von EHS-Kenntnissen, einschließlich Risikomanagement, Sicherheit und Brandschutz sowie Umweltuntersuchungen und -verfahren
- Fähigkeit, Geschäftsanforderungen zu verstehen, Strategien und Fahrpläne zu entwickeln und diese Pläne in die Tat umzusetzen
- Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen, Fristen einzuhalten, Multitasking zu betreiben und in einem Umfeld mit wechselnden Prioritäten zu arbeiten
- Fähigkeit, enge Arbeitsbeziehungen mit verschiedenen Funktionen und Ebenen in einem internationalen Umfeld sowie zu externen Lieferanten aufzubauen
- Starke Ausrichtung auf interkultureller Kommunikations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Solide Führungsqualitäten und die Fähigkeit, das Topmanagement und lokale Managementteams zu coachen und zu schulen
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem Microsoft Office-Paket
- Fließende Beherrschung der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift, deutsche Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
