Sales Associate

**We’re obsessed with cities and we’ve made it our mission to get the next billion on bikes. Therefore, we’re looking for Sales Associates that will become the face of the company and give our riders an unforgettable experience in the store.**
**What you’ll do**:
- Inform and assist customers in our brand store.
- Keep our brand store looking good, and pitch ideas to make it even better for our customers.
- Be our customers’ biggest advocate, flagging any issues that might get in the way of their VanMoof experience.
- Bonus points if you’re not afraid to grab a wrench every now and then to help out a customer.
**What you’ll bring**:
- You are available 20 hours per week
- You’re willing to become a walking encyclopedia of all things VanMoof, so you can answer any and every question that comes your way
- You speak fluent German & English
- You’ve got great communication skills (bonus points for languages other than English)
- Even more bonus points if you already have a passion for bikes, but it’s not a deal-breaker
