**Your responsibilities as Head of **Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d)**

In your role as a Head of MEP (M/F/d) in Rambøll Buildings Germany, with wide knowledge of all facets in the discipline, your main focus will be on growing the country wide team, strengthening and developing the presence in the local market, set strategies for current and future design deliveries, national and international collaboration, supervision and quality assurance of installations. You will work with projects in Germany and internationally and grow your wide existing network internally as well as externally. You will also be part of Buildings Germany, where collaboration with other disciplines and professional development combined with a meaningful contribution to being The Partner for Sustainable Change are crucial.

**You and your competencies**

You are a qualified and experienced engineer (M/F/d) and leader. You are structured and have excellent communication skills. As a person, you are forward leaning, cooperative and have a positive, solution-oriented, and innovative approach to the tasks.

You are committed and understand the changing roles as a consultant in various project contexts and are good at committing yourself to the interaction between the various professional interfaces, and you actively contribute to developing your colleagues, as well as yourself, seeking new knowledge and opportunities in a structured way. In addition, you have the following built-up competencies:

- Minimum 15 years of experience with design, supervision, and delivery of fully detailed and complex projects.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing a team.
- Have a wide network in the market.
- Adopts a practical, buildable, and sustainable approach to the task solution.
- Experienced in leading collaboration with architects, engineering disciplines and contractors.
- Have the ability and desire to solve tasks through quality design.
- Have experience with supervision and buildability in projects.
- Have strong communication skills and experience in the use of digital tools, with a desire to digitalize processes.
- Can communicate fluently and write in the German language.
- Very good English skills.
