**Commercial Lawyer (m/w/d)**
in Vollzeit

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie**
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender gesellschafts
- und handelsrechtlicher Berichts
- und

Dokumentationspflichten („Corporate Housekeeping“) bei der Holdinggesellschaft
- Gremienbetreuung, u.a. Vorbereitung und Protokollierung von Beiratssitzungen,

Gesellschafterversammlungen und Vorbereitung von Gremienentscheidungen, Erstellung von
Beschlussvorlagen in Deutsch / Englisch
- Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von konzerninternen Verträgen und sonstigen rechtlichen

Dokumenten in Deutsch/Englisch
- Einbindung in Legal Due Diligence und KYC-Prozesse
- Gesellschaftsgründungen, Registerangelegenheiten und Vertragsverwaltung
- Koordination der intern und extern Beteiligten, wie z.B. Kanzleien, Notariaten,
- Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern- Erstellung von Präsentationen / Übersichten / Organigrammen in Englisch / Deutsch

**Was Sie mitbringen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht oder eine

vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung (z. B. zur/zum Rechtsanwalts
- und
Notarfachangestellten)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den o.g. Bereichen
- Sehr strukturierte, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den MS-Office-Programmen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
- Organisationstalent, Verlässlichkeit und Diskretion
