The job
Your tasks
- Heterologous production of metalloproteins in different host organisms
- Purification of metalloroteins and scale up the production efficiency
- Protein design through side-directed mutagenesis
- Protein analysis via protein mass spectrometry, ICP-MS, EPR, cryo-EM, native and SDS-PAGE etc.
- Development and conduction of high-throughput activity tests
- Presentation of data on conferences and writing publications
- Supervision of Master and Bachelor students

**Profile**:
- Master's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology or related areas
- Good knowledge of molecular biology, optimally knowledge in heterologous expression, proteomics and/or electrochemistry
- Openness to learn new methods
- High degree of self-organisation and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills in English
- Motivation to work in an interdisciplinary team
