**Das werden deine Aufgaben sein**
- Du unterstützt bei der Strukturierung und Dokumentation bestehender sowie neuer Geschäftsprozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Risikoregistern und der Risikodokumentation/Unterstützung bei der Ermittlung und Bewertung potenzieller Risiken in verschiedenen Bereichen der Organisation
- Du hilfst dem Team beim Tagesgeschäft und unterstützt bei unterschiedlichen Projekten im Prozessmanagement und im GRC-Bereich (Governance, Risk and Compliance)
- Eigene Bearbeitung und Ausführung von kleineren Projekten (z.B. Sharepoint-Setup, Dokumentenmanagement etc.)

**Das solltest du mitbringen**
- Du bist immatrikulierter Student einer Hochschule oder Universität: Du studierst Verwaltungsinformatik, Business Administration, Business Management, IT-Management, oder einen verwandten Studiengang
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
- EU-Staatsbürgerschaft
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office - Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint
- Erste Projektmanagementerfahrung ist ein Plus
- Erfahrung in Prozessmodellierung ist ein Plus (Signavio)
- IT-Kenntnisse und Programmierkenntnisse sind ein Plus

- Dafür suchen wir eine/n Werkstudent/in zur Unterstützung im Bereich GRC und Prozessmanagement in verschiedenen und vielseitigen Aufgaben._
