Then you have come to the right place As an **E.ON Digital Graduate** you will have the opportunity to discover and drive the **E.ON Group's digital functions over 24 months** starting in **June 2023.**

From exposure to a variety of digital functions across different placements, to giving each graduate individual freedom to develop along personal interests. Across the 2-year programme, you’ll receive
- hands-on learning and expert guidance,
- different functional placements in areas such as Strategy & Architecture, Cyber Security, Data Analytics & IoT or Digital Culture as well as at least one cross-functional and international placement,
- global insights into E.ON’s business with focus on topics like IT Infrastructure, Software Development, Programming or Web Technologies and Cloud Platforms,
- the chance to connect with a global network,
- as well as an unlimited employment contract, right from the beginning.

**Your** **Profile**
- Above average Master’s degree in Informatics, Business Informatics or in a comparable IT course of study or a respective Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Ideally international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work
- IT knowledge, especially in programming, web technologies or cloud platforms
- Interest in solving energy industry challenges on an international scale
- Determined to drive your own development forward
- Ability to build meaningful and strong relationships with relevant interfaces and strong networking skills
- Appreciate working in diverse teams, demonstrating an open and inclusive mindset
- Empathic, excellent analytical skills and willingness to engage with new technologies & concepts
- Fluent in English and a willingness to learn German
- An already existing residence permit and work visa for Germany are not necessarily required
