Galileo Training Coordinator

**Working hours**: full time, 40h/week

We are currently seeking to employ an experienced and motivated engineer with background in satellite missions to support the training coordination and management activities in the frame of the Galileo Service Operations.

**Security**:
Develop and supervise the training strategy
Coordinate technical training needs with the point of contacts for the different roles
Prepare and follow up training plans for Spaceopal and GCC-I operational and maintenance roles:
Coordinate and plan training activities for all team members
Keep track of staff training and certification records
Plan, schedule, and supervise training updates in accordance with local training requirements
Maintain system level training and its material in the Training Management System tool
Ensure that the certification board (CB) requirements are fulfilled and chair the final Certification Board
Issue system level training reports
Prepare and follow up the delivery of the training documentation as required by the project milestones. Your profile

A university degree in Engineering or a related educational field.
Experience in providing high quality training courses and conducting personnel certifications
Proficiency in performing Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and in preparing and maintaining training plans
Familiar with Training Tools based on Moodle
Solid technics in trainees’ progress assessment and feedback provision
Strong communication and coordination skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken About us
