**Who we are**:NORNORM is a start-up with backing from one of the largest players in the furnishing industry. We are developing a sustainable and subscription-based solution for furnishing future workplaces and have started rolling out our service across Europe. We have offices in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Stockholm, and Berlin.

*** The role***:
We are looking for a part-time Project Implementation Planner (f/m/d) who can strengthen our Customer Success team in Germany. You will be the operational backbone of the company in Germany

**Your main responsibilities include**:

- Plan the fulfillment and execution of complex office furniture deliveries and installations
- Coordinate the installation process with the NORNORM Supply Team, clients as well as external logistics and assembly teams
- If needed, conduct site visits to instruct and advise assembly teams
- Keep clients informed about their projects to build strong relationships
- Support the NORNORM Design and Customer Success Teams in developing and implementing modern and flexible workspaces

**You will also be expected to**:

- Manage several projects simultaneously and prioritise accordingly
- Identify improvements in our ways of working
- If needed, travel within Germany to NORNORM customers
- Occasional travels to our other locations (Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden)

**You bring the following qualifications**:
You are willing to work in a startup with a fast-paced environment and use your problem-solving skills when facing challenges. In addition, we value the following qualifications and competencies:

- Native German speaker, fluent in English
- Berlin-based student with at least 2 semesters left
- Available to work on average 15 hours per week
- A can-do mentality
- Organisational talent and a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills
- Persistence and a positive attitude
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Interest in office space design and circular business models is a plus
