Lastel has partnered with a rapidly growing SaaS company based in Stuttgart, seeking an IT Project Manager to join their expanding team.


As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of a cutting-edge SaaS platform, focused on transforming workplace communication for frontline employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients to ensure seamless integration, providing technical expertise and managing multiple IT projects from start to finish.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SaaS platform implementations for enterprise clients, ensuring successful integration and client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams such as Sales, Engineering, and Product, as well as external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
  • Lead technical integration efforts, including Single Sign-On (SSO), API-based integrations, and configuring enterprise IT environments for successful rollouts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during the project lifecycle, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges or issues that arise during the project delivery process.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to Agile project management methodologies, delivering solutions in an iterative and collaborative manner.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and customer experience.


What You Need:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in the delivery and implementation of SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols (OpenID Connect, Azure AD), REST API integration, and configuring enterprise IT environments for SaaS platforms.
  • Proven experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work directly with enterprise clients and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in German and English.


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS B2B sales or additional technical expertise within a B2B SaaS environment.
