We're proud to champion a more sustainable way to use tech. With an average of 3-4 rental cycles per device depending on the category, we estimate that the rental of our portfolio from 2015-2021 resulted in 160,000 fewer e-waste products and about 250 tons of e-waste.
We are looking for a **Collections Specialist **for our **DACH Market **to join our talented **Debt Collection** team in our **Berlin HQ.**
**What you will contribute**:- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans- Respond to customer queries- Investigate and resolve discrepancies- Update account status and database- Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary
**What you bring**:
- Ideally 1+ years experience in Debt Collection or Customer Support- Customer service oriented- Basic understanding of accounting principles- Ability to multitask and work with targets and tight deadlines- Experience with MS Office and Salesforce
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- **Fluent German (C1 minimum) and English skills**
