- **Bauer Systems KG** ist der interne Full Service-IT-Dienstleister der Bauer Media Group. An unserem Stammsitz in Hamburg führen wir mit ca. 150 Mitarbeitern die gesamte Bandbreite von IT-Dienstleistungen aus - vom Rechenzentrums-Betrieb über die Software-Entwicklung und den Anwendungs-Betrieb bis zum Arbeitsplatz-Support. Ob in komplexen Projekten oder bei der Umsetzung einzelner Anforderungen bieten wir unseren Business Partnern aus den Bereichen Redaktion, Produktion, Vertrieb und Distribution in jeder Angelegenheit einen umfassenden Service an.**WAS MACHT UNSEREN BEREICH AUS?**
Wir arbeiten mit Dir an IT-orientierten Themen im redaktionellen Umfeld. Wir forschen, entwickeln, supporten mit agilen Methoden nach neuen Ideen, Produkten und Verfahren. Das Optimieren bestehender Systeme und Lösungen ist ebenso unser Handwerk, wie das Aufspüren von Innovationen. Dabei verlieren wir nie die Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit unserer redaktionellen Systeme aus den Augen. Cloudbasiertes Arbeiten im internationalen Umfeld gehört immer mehr zu unserem Handwerk, wie Schulungen vor Ort und über MS-Teams. Wir haben nicht nur die Publishing-Produkte für die Bauer Media Group in Deutschland im Blick, sondern arbeiten auch eng mit den Standorten in Großbritannien, Polen und Frankreich zusammen. Hieraus ergibt sich ein sehr breites und spannendes Aufgabenfeld in einem Bereich mit IT-Spezialisten und Administratoren innerhalb der Bauer Systems.**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Lokales Service
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der von uns eingesetzten Systeme
- Entwicklung von Ideen und Lösungen gemeinsam mit unseren Business-Partnern
- Technische und administrative Applikationsbetreuung
- Auf Basis globaler Abstimmung übernimmst du die lokale Verantwortung für den Betrieb und den Support der für „Content Planning“ eingesetzten Lösung.
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Lösungen und der zugehörigen Integrationen, einschließlich Release-Planung, Tests und Schulungskoordination.
- Aktive Beteiligung am Global Publishing CAB (Change Advisory Board) als Antragsteller und Genehmiger für Änderungen.
- Zusammenarbeit Global, um die Lösung auf lokaler Ebene zu betreiben.
- Verwaltung der Beziehungen zu Integrationspartnern und wichtigen Anbietern
- Schnittstelle zu IT-Operations bei der Administration der Systeme
- Mitarbeit an und Teilprojektleitung von Projekten im nationalen und internationalen Redaktionsumfeld
- Koordination und Terminierung der Projektaufgaben sowie Sicherstellung und Überwachung der Umsetzung

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Print/Medien-Umfeld abgeschlossen und kannst eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Verlags
- oder Agenturbereich, vorweisen
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im Einsatz von Softwareprodukten im redaktionellen Umfeld
- Du kennst idealerweise Redaktions
- oder Contentmanagement Systeme wie censhare oder Woodwing
- Die Bereiche DTP, Druckvorstufe und PDF/X, Adobe Creative Cloud Applikationen (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) sowie Office 365 sind Dir ein Begriff
- Mit hohem technischem Verständnis brennst du darauf, dich auch in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten und bist offen für agile Arbeitsweisen
- Du bist ein Positiver, tatkräftiger Teamplayer, zeigst proaktives Engagement
- Da wir uns in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld bewegen, benötigst du neben sehr guten Deutsch
- auch gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Wir wünschen uns einen Teamplayer, die/der da ist, wenn sie/er gebraucht wird, eigenständig über den Tellerrand hinausblickt und sich beim Zusammenwirken im Team in unterschiedlichen Rollen wohlfühlt
- Ferner solltest du offen, klar und gern kommunizieren und sicher sowie überzeugend auftreten
- Erfahrungen im IT-Bereich mit dem Fokus auf Print sowie in der Produktentwicklung mit einer SaaS-Lösung (Praxis und Theorie) wären von Vorteil
