- n this role, you will represent our brand in the home sector and ensure the implementation of the RALPH LAUREN philosophy and excellent customer service at all times._

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Ralph Lauren home products and lifestyle collections to exceed our customers' expectations.
- Meet personal sales goals and KPIs by providing a high level of personal service and communication to all customers.
- Acquire, grow and retain a loyal customer base of Very Important Customers (VICs) and Top Customers through competency using the company's customer retention methods and progressive sales methods.
- Preparation of offers and support from purchase to delivery and installation.
- Active participation and participation in meetings and trainings.
- Efficiently network and gather information on competitor activities, including trends, events and campaigns in the local and wider area.
- Sharing product and customer feedback with buyers and managers.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Proven successful experience in luxury retail and a strong interest in homeware and furniture would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain good relationships.
- Confident and highly professional communication style
- Highly organized and proactive personality, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth product knowledge and recognizing and utilizing self-development opportunities to improve own performance
- Strong focus on achieving personal sales and KPI goals
