**Intern App Experience (f/m/d)**:
To support our team we are searching for a Intern App Experience (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Support the App Experience Team (Shop Management) in their daily business (e.g. execution of Push Notification campaigns, Apple Search Ads optimization, App Store optimization, competitors’ research, etc.)
- Customer journey optimization through performance analysis & A/B testing for the app communication (research, creating concepts and presentations)
- Execution of app performance analysis, reporting and data analysis for new potential with several analytics tool
- Support on testing app releases
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Student or recent graduate of business studies, marketing or e-commerce
- First practical work experience, ideally in e-commerce, app/mobile marketing, digital marketing
- High online affinity and a keen sense for trends in the e-commerce business
- Very good analytical skills and good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- First knowledge of app/mobile marketing is an advantage
- Keen eye for details and capacity to take responsibility
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
