**Your profile?**

**Your key responsibilities?**
- Execution of project controlling for projects with value added parts of the plant in close cooperation with the Lead Site-Controlling
- Cost tracking and controlling in all subproject processes and for all areas
- Monitoring and forecasting of sales and gross margins
- Provide gap analysis (scope of change, variance in performance, improper costing in the bidding phase...)
- Identification of cost savings opportunities and avoidance of deviations from budget and forecasts
- Validation of data accuracy and cost assessments (hours, hourly rate, acquisition costs, calculation, allocation of fixed or unabsorbed costs to projects
- Interface with Operations, specifically WP Manager and Cost Manager in tracking cost trends related to WP, cost reduction opportunities

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Completed business education at a university or equivalent acquired in another way with finance or business administration/engineering specialization in controlling.
- Initial experience in controlling and cost accounting or bookkeeping
- Knowledge of commercial project management
- Knowledge of the business management modules of the SAP system
- Ability to interpret business-related data
- Communication and teamwork skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness
- Analytical and strategic thinking, organizational skills and independence
- Affinity for finance and numbers and good knowledge of MS Excel Good analytical as well as problem-solving skills
- Very good knowledge of English and German
