Our client is a digital partner with a base in Europe. They focus on sustainable digital value generation and serve a variety of major and mid-sized businesses, including Amazon, Munich RE, and more than 50 global private equity companies. Due to their high level of selection, they only have 200 employees at the moment, but they are currently in a strong growth period and seeking to add 300 people as soon as feasible. Their specialised team of professionals, which consists only of the best brains, has grown as a result of projects they have landed with global industrial giants.

**Product Owner (E-Commerce)**

**What to expect**:

- Lead the development of B2B and B2C e-commerce products from start to finish for clients and OMMAX
- Develop a roadmap together with the client and internal stakeholders for delivering cutting-edge shop functionalities from conception to launch in a hectic environment
- Create clear product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria, from the first product ideas and functionalities
- Contribute to the further growth of the B2B commerce environment by assisting in the creation of proprietary OMMAX client solutions
- Serve as the project's hub of action for all participating parties, guiding them through to completion
- Assume responsibility for mitigating or minimising project problems, such as risks, time, resources, and scope
- In addition to supporting recruiting efforts for new and highly potential Product Owners, supervise and build the team

**Personal Requirements**:

- Business administration, economics, and software degrees from universities
- Outstanding grades in engineering, product management, or a related field (Master degree or MBA are of advantage)
- 2 years or more of expertise in product management, product development, or implementation in a business or service that is focused on technology
- Have extensive understanding of the support and upkeep of B2B and B2C stores and professional expertise in the B2B e-commerce industry
- Understanding of contemporary e-commerce trends and technologies
- Ecosystem, including payment methods and retail systems
- Experience in successfully implementing data-driven solutions with a focus on the needs of the customer
- Understanding of the entire SDLC as well as familiarity with agile frameworks, techniques, and concepts in a consulting setting
- Outstanding communication abilities and a natural ability to translate complicated thoughts into concepts that everyone can grasp.
- Aptitude for discovering and creating new analytical techniques, software, and tools
- Demonstrated readiness to get their hands dirty and work independently to solve problems
- Possibility of working under pressure and juggling multiple projects
- A mastery of English
