**BUSINESS PROCESS EXPERT (M/F/D) - RECORD TO REPORT (R2R)**:
Our team in **Essen** currently has an opening for a **Business Process Expert (M/F/d) - Record to Report (R2R)**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- As part of the Finance Governance Organization support the design, harmonization and standardization of R2R processes that meet the business goals and objectives and comply with global and local rules and regulations.
- Support the implementation of S4/Hana as future global ERP solution in the Brenntag Group.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and support improvement initiatives up to successful implementation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency using technology solutions.
- Assess gaps to global process standards and develop and implement measures to close those gaps.
- Prepare process decision making, align conflicting views and escalate to respective decision bodies if necessary.
- Define and monitor performance metrics to ensure efficiency of processes and compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including finance, operations, and IT teams, to ensure that R2R processes are implemented and rolled-out in line with global standards.
- You engage in and lead experiments to anchor a culture of innovation in Brenntag’s finance organization and contribute to the success of the overall finance transformation.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in [e.g. in business administration] or a similar level of education.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, incl. experience in business process management and in improving process efficiency in the area of R2R.
- Project management skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive change.
- Experience with the automation and digitization of processes and the implementation of ERP solutions, experience with Signavio and S4/Hana is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a pro-active, solution-oriented attitude.
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (verbally and in writing).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams.
- A strong commitment to quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of processes.
