Head of Data Engineering & Finance BI (all genders)

In Festanstellung und Vollzeit (40 Stunden pro Woche).

- Dein zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

- Als Head of Data Engineering & Finance BI übernimmst du die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung von 6 Personen. Du setzt mit deinem Team die Internalisierung des Finance BI um und bist starker Partner aller Geschäftsbereiche im Data Warehouse Umfeld. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört:
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess, von der Anforderungserhebung und Implementierung bis zum stabilen produktiven Betrieb von Data-Pipelines
- Verantwortung für Datenprodukte für den Finance-Bereich (Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Procurement)
- Business Partnering: Enge Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen zu Prioritäten und Anforderungen
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung des Data Warehouses anhand von Geschäftsanforderungen und technologischen Entwicklungen
- Unsere Erwartungen an Dich:

- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsmathematik oder eine verbleichbare Ausbildung.
- Du bringst fundierte Berufserfahung mit der Modellierung auf Basis unterschiedlicher Paradigmen (3NF, Star) mit.
- Du konntest deine Führungsqualitäten bereits in einer vergleichbaren Position beweisen und stehst deinem Team stets mit deiner fachlichen Expertise sowie deinem situativen Führungsstil zur Seite.
- Dich zeichnen dein pragmatischer, analytischer und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsstil sowie dein Organisationstalent und deine stakeholderfokussierte Kommunikation aus.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ETL-Tools (idealerweise Talend), BI Tools (idealerweise Qlik Sense), SQL, Python und Datenbanken (idealerweise Oracle).
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von Datenprodukten für Finance-Teams (Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Procurement).
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch.
