**Wesentliche Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten als Front of House Lead in Hamburg**:

- Sicherstellung einer effizienten Aufgabenerledigung durch Teamüberwachung und Prioritätensetzung sowie enge Abstimmung mit anderen Abteilungen.
- Verantwortung für die Lagerbestandsverwaltung.
- Bereitstellung umfassender Kundenunterstützung durch Beantwortung von Fragen und Bearbeitung von Anfragen.
- Aktive Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Förderung der Markenpläne, einschließlich der Veranschaulichung der Zusammenhänge zwischen täglichen Aufgaben und der Unternehmensmission sowie Teilnahme an relevanten Initiativen und Programmen.
