About our Ecommerce Management Team
Our team is the backbone of our client support, providing comprehensive guidance and implementing strategies across digital advertising, retail, and optimizing conversion on all major platforms. We're currently expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Teamlead, Ecommerce Consulting– Webshop Focus (f/m/d) to play a crucial role in our clients' online success. The position is full-time and located in Hamburg.
How would you spend your time if you join us?- You will lead the strategic development and growth of the Ecommerce – Webshop team
- You will take over complete responsibility for your clients webshop projects, from initiation to success, specializing
- You will successfully navigate and manage stakeholder expectations on both the customer and team sides.
- You will serve as the primary consultant for clients, offering expert advice on all ecommerce matters and developing strategies to foster their growth
- You will ensure the successful management and optimization of cross-functional measures such as onsite performance optimization, SEO, product data/content optimization, marketing, paid media campaigns, CRM, and analytics
- You will collaborate with and support your team members on significant projects, sharing your webshop expertise
- You will stay ahead of market and technology trends to continuously evolve our consulting services and deliver tangible value to our clients
- Having auniversity degree is a plus, but we place greater value on practical experience and proven success
- You have at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, specifically with webshops
- Youpreviously worked in an agency or inhouse in a lead position
- You possess a solid understanding of Shop systems – preferably Shopify
- You bring a proven track record in stakeholder management, project leadership, and strategy development
- You are known for your ownership of projects, commitment to customer satisfaction, and a results-driven approach
- You possess sharp analytical and conceptual abilities, with a quality and solution-oriented mindset
- You have a personality that wins trust, showcases strong customer orientation, and demonstrates the ability to lead and inspire a team
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken, to cater to a diverse clientele and collaborate effectively with team members
