Als Assistant Category Manager bist du für eine Auswahl an internationalen Lieferanten verantwortlich und löst komplexe Probleme aus den Bereichen Merchandising, Operations, Marketing und Preisgestaltung, um ein überdurchschnittliches Wachstum zu erreichen. Als Teil des Category Managements hast du Spaß daran, Strategien zu entwickeln und analytisch zu arbeiten, während du dich gleichzeitig auf die Umsetzung der wichtigsten Aufgaben mit der größten Wirkung für dein Team und dich selbst konzentrierst. Eine starke Kommunikation ist entscheidend für den Erfolg im Category Management: du arbeitest mit fast allen Funktionen und Teams bei Wayfair zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass eine enge Abstimmung erfolgt und die Prioritäten vereinbart werden. Darüber hinaus managen wir die Beziehung zu unseren Lieferanten, indem wir gemeinsam mit führenden Unternehmen der Branche nachhaltige E-Commerce-Strategien entwickeln und sie bei deren Umsetzung unterstützen. Ein starkes und umfassendes Verhandlungsgeschick ist ein Muss in unserem Arbeitsalltag. In diesem Zusammenhang suchen wir einen (Senior) Associate Category Manager (m/w) für unser Housewares-Team in Berlin.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du managst ein Portfolio von Lieferanten innerhalb der Kategorie und treibst die Entwicklung deiner Lieferanten voran, indem du strategische Ziele festlegst, Geschäftsbedingungen verhandelst und die Performance regelmäßig überprüfst.
- Du analysierst die Performance der Lieferanten und vergleichst sie mit der gesamten Kategorie, um langfristige Chancen zu identifizieren.
- Du entwickelst eine umfassende strategische Roadmap für deine Lieferanten im Einklang mit Wayfairs Erfolgsrezept, um profitables Wachstum zu fördern.
- Du unterstützt die Lieferanten bei den täglich anfallenden taktischen Aufgaben, um einen effizienten Betrieb zu gewährleisten.
- Du arbeitest mit unseren internen Teams zusammen, um kommerzielle und operative Möglichkeiten für deine Lieferanten zu fördern.
- Du baust langfristige Lieferantenbeziehungen auf, um deine Verhandlungen hinsichtlich Preisen, Werbeaktionen und logistischer Bedingungen zu unterstützen.

**Dein Profil**
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in einer wirtschaftsbezogenen Disziplin
- Nachgewiesener Erfolg beim Aufbau von Geschäftsbeziehungen mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Erste Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Verhandlungen mit externen Partnern
- Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie eine analytische Denkweise und ein datengesteuerter Arbeitsansatz: Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Daten zur Ausarbeitung kommerzieller Empfehlungen
- Ausdrucksstarke, überzeugende und sympathische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
- Bereitschaft, in einem schnelllebigen und sich rasch verändernden Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Erste Erfahrung im eCommerce sind von Vorteil
