Technical Lead für Kunden-Projekte (all genders).

DEINE ROLLE - DAS WARTET AUF DICH
- Du entwickelst seit vielen Jahren aus Leidenschaft Software und bringst reichlich Erfahrung im Umfeld von Java, Spring Boot und Kafka Streams mit? Mit dem Aufbau von Plattformen, Java Microservices und Event-Streaming-Architekturen kennst du dich aus? Du hast Lust auf agiles Projektmanagement und warst auch schon im Versicherungsbereich tätig?
Dann suchen wir genau dich. In deiner Rolle als Technical Lead für unseren Bereich Professional Services laufen alle Software-Integrationsprojekte unseres Bereichs Workflow & Workspace bei dir zusammen. Du kümmerst dich um die technische Konzeptionierung und führst das technische Projektmanagement durch. Dabei bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unser Entwickler-Team und unsere Kunden.
Im Detail übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:

- Du begleitest die Implementierung unserer in|sure Software bei unseren Kunden und kümmerst dich um die Umsetzung.
- Die Anforderungen unserer Kunden übersetzt du in Arbeitspakete für das Entwickler-Team und stellst die Lösung den Kunden vor.
- Du bist Hands-on unterwegs und arbeitest, insbesondere zu Beginn, aktiv in den Projekten mit. Das bedeutet, dass auch du individuelle Lösungen nach Kundenwunsch mit dem Team zusammen programmierst.
- Du agierst als Bindeglied zwischen den Kundenprojekten und der Produktentwicklung, damit gestaltest du so maßgeblich die zukünftige Weiterentwicklung des Produkts mit.

DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Du hast eine Ausbildung zum/zur Fachinformatiker/-in oder ein Studium der Informatik erfolgreich absolviert.
- Aufgrund umfangreicher und mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung bist du Profi in deinem Bereich.
- Erfahrung mit SOA und Test-Frameworks hast du auch.
- Aufgrund deiner Kommunikationsstärke bist du souverän, wenn du Kunden deine Lösung erläuterst.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Level) und Reisebereitschaft sind die Basis für deine Tätigkeit.
