Wir suchen eine(n) Werkstudent/in, der/die unser Finanzteam bei kritischen Prozessen innerhalb der Buchhaltungs
- und Finanzlandschaft unterstützt. Wir sind ein dynamisches, internationales Team mit Sitz in Berlin und San Francisco. **Verantwortlichkeiten**:
Die Unterstützung unseres Finanzteams in Berlin bei alltäglichen Aktivitäten, einschließlich;
- Verwaltung und Überblicken des Genehmigungsprozesses für Ausgaben, um sicherzustellen, dass die Bestimmungen der GoBD eingehalten werden
- Aktive Buchung von Journal-Einträgen, Lieferantenrechnungen, Bankbewegungen und Kreditkarten für mehrere Tochtergesellschaften in unserer Organisation
- Unterstützung bei der Pflege unserer Finanzdatenbank und Kundeninformationen
- Andere Ad-hoc-Aktivitäten

**Job-Anforderungen**:

- Sie sind derzeit an einer Universität eingeschrieben - Ihr Studiengang ist idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaft / Rechnungswesen / Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar angesiedelt.
- Sie besitzen eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise und Aufmerksamkeit für Details.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Office-Anwendungen.
- Sie haben bereits praktische Erfahrungen in der Buchhaltung gesammelt, z.B. bei der Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen.
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
- Sie sind einfallsreich und wissen, wie man Dinge erledigt.

**Responsibilities**:
Support our finance team with day-to-day activities including;
- Manage and track expenditures approval process ensuring GoBD compliance terms are met and followed
- Active booking journal entries, vendor bills, bank reconciliation and credit cards for multiple entities in our Organization
- Help maintaining our financials database and client information
- Other ad hoc activities
