**Das erwartet dich**:

- Du verantwortest das xR & Metaverse Portfoliothema konzeptionell und strategisch mit einem Umsatzvolumen im 7-stelligen Bereich
- Du bist inhaltlich wegweisend für die fachliche und technologische Weiterentwicklung unserer xR & Metvaverse Offerings.
Dabei treibst du die Use Cases in Collaboration, Training und Marketing für die Fokusbranche Manufacturing, Retail, Health und den Bildungsbereich
- Mit Trend
- und Marktsicht gestaltest du Portfolio-Erweiterungen bzw. -Änderungen, bewertest Innovationen nach Reifegrad und treibst den Business Development Prozess für deinen Bereich. Dabei kommunizierst du im Leadership Team und vor Kunde auf C-Level souverän und überzeugend
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zum Markethub und unterstützt den Kundenangang mit entsprechenden Themen und Inhalten in Branchenangangsstrategien, Vertriebsplanung, Akquisen, Ausschreibungen und Pitches. Dabei bringst du mit deinem Team sowohl die fachlich-technische Sicht als auch die Business-Sicht zusammen.
- Du begleitest unsere Vertriebseinheiten bei der Neukundengewinnung und Bestandskundenbetreuung (Cross
- und Upselling) und arbeitest hier eng mit den angrenzenden Portfolios im Business Consulting, Customer Experience und Mobile
- Du gehst in das aktive Partnermanagement auch mit Startups, knüpfst Kontakte zu relevanten Ansprechpartnern und vertrittst das Thema auch nach außen, z.B. auf Konferenzen und Kundenevents
- Du unterstützt den People Lead bei der Auswahl und Führung eines motivierten Teams von etwa 10 Mitarbeiter*innen (xR Consultants, 3D Designer*in, Unity Developer). Dabei bist du Impulsgeber für benötigten Skillaufbau und schaffst es das Team für deine fachliche Strategie mitzunehmen

**Das bringst du im Bereich Mobile Experience mit**:

- Tiefgreifende Erfahrung und Begeisterung für das Projekt
- und Produktgeschäft im Bereich Digital Mixed Reality, VR, AR und Metaverse, idealerweise aus der Agentur-Perspektive, Produktentwicklung oder einem Innovation-Inkubator
- Tiefe Kompetenz in der fachlichen und/oder technischen Domäne, z.B. durch vorherige Tätigkeit als Architekt, Technischer Consultant oder xR Stratege
- Belegbares unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Standortübergreifende fachliche Führungskompetenz und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kolleg*innen und Kund*innen
- Agile Denkweise und Erfahrung in Strategie und Geschäftsentwicklung

- Erfahrung im Produkt
- oder Programmanagement für Großkunden und starke Marken
- Starkes Vertriebsnetzwerk und Sichtbarkeit in der Branche
- Branchenkenntnisse im Manufacturing, Retail oder Health Bereich
