Platform Ops Lead

**Your impact will be**:
As the Platform Ops Lead, you will lead a team of analysts in the Demand and Supply domain. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with the supply and demand team and will be responsible for building the base foundation of the operations team as for (e.g KPI definition, reporting dimensions, etc.).
- Ensure the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department, monitoring and driving performance towards set targets.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of analysts within the Demand and Supply area. Providing guidances on potential blockers
- You will be responsible for assessing current operational systems and processes, implementing new process flows as needed.
- Your role as a change agent is crucial in facilitating the transition towards a product-driven organization.
- Your responsibilities include extracting valuable insights from data, establishing streamlined data pipelines as necessary, and delivering results through dashboards, reports, or ad hoc analyses.

**Your profile**:

- Drive the successful construction and optimization of CRM workflows and pipelines, ensuring seamless operation and exceptional effectiveness is your responsibility.
- Leverage your extensive more than 4-years background in a quantitative analysis role, ideally within the dynamic realm of tech operations.
- Showcase your expertise in advanced Data Visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Looker, transforming complex data into captivating visual insights.
- Embrace the power of SQL queries with confidence, and if you have experience with Python, that's an added advantage
- Fluency in English is a must, and if you bring knowledge of other languages, even better
- Demonstrate your leadership potential through initial experience in project management or guiding a small, high-performing operations analytics team.
