Aufgaben
Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Wachstums-Strategien für unsere derzeit zwei, aber stetig wachsenden Locations. Deine Hauptverantwortlichkeiten umfassen:

- Konzeption und Umsetzung von Marketingstrategien mit Fokus auf SEA, SEO, Content und OTAs
- Planung und Durchführung von Marketingkampagnen und -veranstaltungen zur Förderung der Community und unserer Locations
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur Steigerung der Auslastung und Umsatzgenerierung
- Gestaltung und Umsetzung des Revenue Managements zur Maximierung der Auslastung
- Überwachung und Steuerung der entsprechenden Portale inklusive Promotions für Long
- und Shortstay durch regelmäßige Reportings und Anpassung der Strategien
- Überwachung und Einhaltung des Vertriebs
- und Marketingbudgets

Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing inklusive erfolgreicher Konzeption und Implementierung von Prozessen und Strukturen in diesen Bereichen
- Relevante Erfahrung mit digitalen Marketingtools und nachweisbare Erfolge in der Umsatzsteigerung und Kundenbindung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Hotellerie, Co-Living oder Serviced Apartments ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung - überzeuge uns, dass du Ownership besitzt und Lust hast, gemeinsam mit uns Urban Loneliness zu bekämpfen
- Du hast eine holistisches und analytische Denkweise und kombinierst diese mit Kreativität und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du bist eine leidenschaftliche und energetische Führungspersönlichkeit, die ihr kleines Team motiviert und voranbringt
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
