ABOUT THE JOB
Gunzilla Games are looking to recruit a Lead Level Designer to join us leading our level designer to work on our game OTG (Off The Grid), an all-new AAA Battle Royale 2.0 third-person shooter, due for release on PlayStation®5, Xbox® Series X|S and PC

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work alongside the Game Director to plan, detail, and supervise the work with Level Design teams.
- Leading the cooperation with other teams to make sure levels are created to contribute to and enhance the gameplay and game narrative.
- Maintain clear design and technical documents using Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office tools alongside other disciplines
- Contributing to the creation and constant improvement of pipelines and processes
- Create and implements game levels that go in line with the design and creative intentions to achieve the best gaming experience
- Participate in gameplay conception for the level design, for both PvP and PvE maps

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 7 years' experience in game development with at least 2+ years in a Lead Level Designer position on a AAA production.
- Will attend playtests and be solution-oriented when it comes to incoming issues
- Alongside the Game Director, carry out performance reviews
- Participate in the hiring process
- Help maintain a positive work environment that is motivating for team members and which fosters the development
- Support team members in their career advancement as well as suggest them development and interpersonal skills training and techniques sessions
- Maintain clear design and technical documents using Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office tools alongside other disciplines
