You will be a key part in driving our backend development forward and thereby support our digital health products that improve people's lives and health. As our Tech Lead Backend Development (f/m/d), you will oversee the backend development team, making architectural and strategic decisions, contributing and reviewing code.

You manage backend developers that are responsible for multiple products
You define architectural guidelines for all products in our portfolio
You align the backend development strategies with the overall technical plans
You support development teams by contributing and reviewing code
You plan and build reusable solutions to avoid duplication of work
You support technology selection for individual tasks

What should you bring along?
You have 8 or more years in software development, 5 years backend development, Python experience required, at least one more backend technology (Go, Java, Rust, etc.)
You have 2 or more years in lead development roles
You have a solid understanding of development workflows and software architecture
You have a good ability to communicate, high capacity for context switching as well as strategic thinking and abstracting solutions
You speak English and ideally German
