**Was dich erwartet**:
In unserer anhaltenden Wachstumsphase suchen wir jetzt einen VP People and Culture für die Skalierung und Internationalisierung von XEMPUS. Du stärkst die Rolle des Peopleteams als strategischer Partner und Kulturtreiber, und ermöglichst anhaltende operative Exzellenz im nächsten Wachstumsschritt. Das bedeutet:

- Du bist Teil unseres Senior Leadership Teams und hilfst dabei, XEMPUS erfolgreich durch die nächste Wachstumsphase zu navigieren
- Du entwickelst eine langfristige People-Strategie auf Basis deiner Growth
- und Skalierungserfahrung: Du stellst eine ambitionierte Roadmap auf, die unser People-Team weiter auf Erfolgskurs hält und uns hilft, XEMPUS auf die nächste Stufe zu bringen
- Du führst unsere fantastischen Teams: Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Organisationsentwicklung, Office Management
- Du treibst als Ambassador unsere XEMPUS-Kultur voran und agierst als vertrauensvoller Berater für unser Führungsteam und unsere People Leads

**Wonach wir suchen**:

- Du bist uns einen Schritt voraus: du hast bereits Erfahrung mit der Phase, die noch vor uns liegt (300+ Mitarbeitende) und hast erfolgreiche People Operations-, Personalentwicklungs
- und Talent Acquisition Frameworks auf internationalem Level eingeführt
- Du hast langjährige professionelle Erfahrung im Personalbereich, unter anderem in einer Führungsposition eines schnellwachsenden (Tech-)Unternehmens
- Du verstehst die HR-Tech Landschaft und hast bereits international gearbeitet
- Du arbeitest gern strategisch und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen bei der Ausarbeitung einer auf Wachstum und Mitarbeiterbindung ausgelegten People Strategie
