Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung **People & Culture** in der **Refratechnik Holding GmbH** suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem **Standort München** - mit der Möglichkeit remote zu arbeiten.
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie das Design, die Einführung und Umsetzung von globalen People & Culture-Programmen, -Prozessen und -Systemen.
- Sie leiten gruppenweite People & Culture-Projekte auf globaler Ebene zur Sicherstellung von Konzern
- und Industriestandards entlang des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus sowie zur Stärkung eines positiven Mitarbeitererlebnisses.
- Sie designen und implementieren globale People & Culture-Programme, -Prozesse und -Tools in essenziellen Kompetenzbereichen wie Employer Branding, Talent Management und People Development inklusive kontinuierlicher Optimierung.
- Sie erstellen Programmkonzepte, -pläne und Guidelines, einschließlich unterstützender Präsentationen, Materialien, Workshops und Toolkits, sowohl für bestehende globale Prozesse als auch für neue Initiativen (z. B. REFRA Academy) und sorgen für die Anbindung an lokale Bedingungen.
- Sie stellen die Verknüpfung mit anderen relevanten People & Culture-Produkten und -Prozessen sicher, einschließlich globaler Initiativen zur Förderung der Unternehmenskultur.
- Sie unterstützen die P&C-Länderteams bei der lokalen Einführung und Umsetzung von People & Culture-Programmen, -Prozessen und -Systemen.
- Sie wirken an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von begleitenden Kommunikations
- und Schulungsmaßnahmen (z. B. Refra-Net, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Events, Meetings) mit.
- Sie nehmen an übergreifenden Projekten als interne/r Berater/in und Ansprechpartner/in teil.

**Ihr Profil**:
Nach Ihrem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspädagogik, (Wirtschafts-)Psychologie oder mit einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation haben Sie mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Position, im Bereich Personal
- und Organisationsentwicklung oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion gesammelt.
- Sie decken ein breites Wissensfeld innerhalb People & Culture ab - sowohl in der administrativen Umsetzung von Personalprozessen als auch mit Schwerpunktthemen wie Mitarbeiter
- und Führungskräfteentwicklung und HR KPIs.
- Sie bringen Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Umsetzung von globalen People & Culture-Programmen und -Prozessen mit.
- Sie verfügen über Anwendungs-Know-how einschlägiger HR-Systeme (z. B. SAP SuccessFactors).
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und vereinen exzellente organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit ausgezeichneten zwischenmenschlichen und interkulturellen Kompetenzen.
- Sie haben das "Wir" im Fokus und verstehen es, lokale Anforderungen in einen globalen Rahmen zu integrieren.
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse und sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office-Produkten.
