- und Organisationsentwicklung sowie Change Management erwecken Deine Begeisterung? Dann suchen wir Dich zum 1. Dezember 2023 als Freelancer oder Interim Head of People & Organization (w/m/d) befristet bis zum 31. August 2024 an unserem Standort in München. Gemeinsam mit dem People & Organization-Team treibst Du spannende Projekte voran und hilfst uns dabei, auch in der Wachstumsphase unsere Kultur und Werte stetig weiterzuentwickeln und nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren.

Dein Arbeitsalltag
- Du bist Mitglied des Managements, berätst die Geschäftsführung und treibst die strategischen und operativen People & Culture
- sowie Organization-Themen
- Mit Deinem Team betreust Du unsere Führungskräfte zu allen Personalthemen
- Du bist eng in die unternehmensweiten Strategie
- und Veränderungsprojekte eingebunden und gibst wichtige Impulse
- Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei die Begleitung und Unterstützung des Wachstumskurses sowie die Erhaltung und der Ausbau der besonderen Wertekultur im Unternehmen, welche den Mitarbeiter in den Mittelpunkt stellt
- Das People & Organization-Team von 8 Mitarbeitern führst Du
- Steuerung und Sicherstellung der gesamten operativen HR-Prozesse von Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding über Personalbetreuung, -entwicklung bis hin zu HR-Administration und Entgeltabrechnung
- Steuerung und Sicherstellung der operativen Organization
- & Feelgood-Themen

Dein Profil
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Führung von People & Organization-Teams, der Personalarbeit und im Change-Management in Scale-ups
- Idealerweise hast Du Dein Know-how in einem schnell wachsenden Technologieunternehmen und/oder in einer Strategieberatung erworben
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Coaching, Cultural Development, Change Management und/oder Organisationsentwicklung hast Du bereits gesammelt
- Hohes Engagement, ein motivierender und coachender Führungsstil und eine authentische Wertorientierung machen Dich zum Maßstab unserer Personalentwicklung
- Deine hervorragende analytisch-konzeptionelle Kompetenz und Weitsicht sowie Dein Gespür für Menschen und Unternehmenskultur zeichnen Dich aus
- Mit Deinem souveränen Auftreten und sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten verstehst Du es, die unterschiedlichsten Menschen zu überzeugen und für deine Themen einzunehmen
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der internen Kommunikation und verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch runden Dein Profil ab
