**Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium einer technischen Fachrichtung, beispielsweise Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen in der Automobil
- bzw. Zuliefererindustrie
- Führungserfahrung
- Umfassende Erfahrung und fundiertes Fachwissen im Qualitätsmanagement
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Audits und Sicherstellung der Compliance mit ISO-Standards
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Changemanagement
- Kenntnis der Automotive Core Tools, z.B. FMEA, 8D-Report
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine starke Problemlösekompetenz sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Problemlösungstechniken z.B. Ishikawa, 5-Why
- Gute SAP- und MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine Arbeitsweise, die geprägt ist von Prozessoptimierung, Kostenbewusstsein und einem Gespür für Optimierungspotential
